By using Y+ Studio (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is currently in beta and provided as-is.

1. The service

Y+ Studio is a tool for early-stage architectural moodboards and conceptual 3D massing studies. Its outputs are conceptual — zoning figures and metrics are based on inputs you provide and are not a code-compliance check, survey, or professional engineering/architectural advice. Always verify against authoritative sources and qualified professionals before relying on any result.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the projects and content you create. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to use it.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service or its providers.
• Don’t upload malicious, infringing, or unlawful content.

4. Accounts & Pro

Some features require an account or a paid Pro plan. Payments are processed by a third-party provider; their terms also apply. Pro removes ads and unlocks additional features as described in the app.

5. Availability & beta

As a beta, features may change or break, and data loss is possible. Keep your own backups of important work (e.g. export to PDF/PNG). We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app’s outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
