By using the X+1 Studio website, research interfaces, Y+ Studio, or GEOX (together, “the services”), you agree to these terms. The interactive tools are evolving products and may be identified as beta or in development.

1. The service

Y+ Studio supports early-stage architectural moodboards and conceptual massing. GEOX supports mapping, spatial analysis, and geographic data workflows. Research interfaces communicate methods and exploratory results. Outputs depend on the data and assumptions supplied and are not a code-compliance check, survey, legal determination, or professional engineering, planning, or architectural advice. Always verify important decisions against authoritative sources and qualified professionals.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the projects and content you create. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to use it.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service or its providers.
• Don’t upload malicious, infringing, or unlawful content.

4. Accounts & Pro

Some product features may require sign-in, a license, or a paid Pro plan. Payments are processed by a third-party provider, whose terms also apply. Current plan features and pricing are described on the relevant product page.

5. Availability & beta

Beta features may change or break, and data loss is possible. Keep independent backups of important work using the available export formats. We may modify or discontinue features as the services evolve.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app’s outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
