Terms of Service
GEOX is operated by Ahmed Fouad Eid Ismail ("we"). By creating an account or using GEOX you agree to the following terms. They're written to be plain and short.
Your account
GEOX uses "Sign in with Google" — you're responsible for the security of your Google account. Pro license keys are personal: one key per subscriber. Don't share or resell keys; we may revoke keys that are abused.
Your content
You own everything you create in GEOX. Free-tier projects live only in your browser; Pro projects live in your own Google Drive. GEOX runs no database and claims no rights over your content. Deleting a project (or using "Disconnect & erase") removes it from your Drive and your device.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload illegal, malicious, or abusive content.
- Don't attempt to circumvent license verification.
- Respect the third-party data licenses (OpenStreetMap ODbL, your basemap provider's terms, etc.).
Billing
GEOX Pro bills monthly through Gumroad. Cancel any time from your Gumroad account; cancellation ends Pro access at the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow Gumroad's standard policy.
Service availability
GEOX is a static web app plus your own Google Drive — there is no GEOX server to go down. We still don't offer a formal SLA.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
